The National Standard of Vietnam for steel pipe piles and steel pipe sheet piles established
The steel pipe piles can be used for a variety of applications with favorable performance compared with concrete piles. We believe that the steel pipe piles are necessary for the development of Vietnam society in the future.

 In order to use for infrastructure in Vietnam, specification of steel pipe piles are needed. But there were no standards for steel pipe piles & steel pipe sheet piles in the national standard of Vietnam before.

 Therefore, We Nippon Steel Pipe Vietnam Co., Ltd (NPV), VSQI, VN-Steel, and others attempted to write the standard, and in June 2012, We successfully completed 2 (two) following standards:

 TCVN 9245:2012 STEEL PIPE PILES

TCVN 9246: 2012 STEEL PIPE SHEET PILES

 We are expected to be able to contribute to the society of Vietnam by application of these standards in the future.
